Video of alleged black magic objects at Kerala Congress chief K Sudhakaran's house goes viral

KANNAUR: The surfacing of a video showing a person digging up remnants of ‘black magic’ performed against KPCC president K Sudhakaran allegedly near the premises of his house in Kannur created a flutter on Thursday with the video getting shared widely.
The video shows a person digging the ground and cracking earthen vessels and taking copper plates and idols from it.
The video has conversations purportedly between Sudhakaran and Kasaragod MP Rajmohan Unnithan in the background. Sudhakaran is heard telling Unnithan that he doubts whether the black magic was the reason for his health issues.
Reportedly, around 20 copper plates were dug out fromSudhakaran’s residence. In addition, many such items were recovered from his house.
Meanwhile, responding to media questions in Thiruvananthapuram, Sudhakaran on Thursday said that the incident took place long ago but he was not ready to reveal more details about it. When media persons raised further questions, the KPCC chief told them to ask Unnithan.
Sudhakaran, however, said that nobody will cause harm to him through such acts and added that he doesn’t think that anybody has made any such attempts.
Recently, Congress leader and Karnataka deputy chief minister D K Sivakumar had alleged that a ritual, involving animal sacrifice was performed by his opponents near a temple in Kannur to destroy him.
