Regulatory Halts Issued for Three Companies by Canadian Securities Administrators

Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – July 8, 2023) – The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) has announced the immediate suspension of three companies in accordance with CSE Policy 3. These suspensions, classified as Regulatory Halts under National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules, come as a result of Cease Trade Orders issued by one or more securities commissions.

The companies affected by the suspensions are Mobilum Technologies Inc. (MBLM), Perk Labs Inc. (PERK), and SWMBRD Sports Inc. (SWIM). The British Columbia Securities Commission is responsible for issuing the Cease Trade Orders against these companies.

For more information regarding Cease Trade Orders and to access the Canadian Securities Administrators Cease Trade Order database, interested parties can visit www.securities-administrators.ca.

While the suspensions represent a regulatory action, it is important to note that they are not indicative of the overall performance or potential of the companies involved. Regulatory Halts are a standard procedure in the securities industry to ensure compliance with trading rules and protect investors.

Mobilum Technologies Inc. is a technology company focused on providing innovative payment solutions. Perk Labs Inc. specializes in developing mobile loyalty and rewards platforms. SWMBRD Sports Inc. is involved in the sports industry, offering unique products and services.
