This notice is made pursuant to the Order dated February 17, 2021 in the action SEC v. Middleton et al., Case No. 19-cv-4625 (WFK) (RER), approving the Veritaseum Fair Fund Claims Process and Distribution Plan.
The portal to submit claims is now available. All claims must be submitted no later than June 17, 2021 at 11:59 p.m (the “Bar Date”). Claims submitted after the Bar Date will not be eligible for a distribution from the Veritaseum Fair Fund.
