NEW YORK — InnovoPro has developed clean label solutions for beverages called plant-based barista. Plant-based barista features up to seven ingredients and also may help remove buffers and emulsifiers, according to the company.
InnovoPro said its clean label solutions also covers high-protein beverages and fruit shakes.

Through chickpea-based functional ingredients, the company is aiming to replace emulsifiers in formulas with its chickpea ingredients, according to the company.
