E-Power Resources Provides Exciting Exploration Update and Announces New Board Appointment

E-Power Resources Inc. is pleased to share an exciting update on the exploration progress made on its Tetepisca Graphite Property, as well as announce a new addition to its Board of Directors.

During the month of June, E-Power collected a total of 1,037 kilograms (1.037 tonnes) of bulk samples from three graphite showings on the southern claims of the Tetepisca Graphite property. These samples have been sent to Volt Carbon Technologies Inc.’s dry separation facility in Scarborough, Ontario, where metallurgical test work, including the production of graphite concentrates and graphite flake size distribution analysis, will be conducted.

In addition to the bulk samples, the company has also initiated preliminary mineralogy and geochemistry studies from field replicates and representative cuts. These studies will provide valuable insights into the composition and characteristics of the graphite samples.

Furthermore, E-Power has commenced a geological and geophysical prospecting program on the northern claims of the Tetepisca property. This program aims to evaluate targets identified from the company’s high-resolution magnetic-electromagnetic airborne survey conducted in 2022. Several locations within the target areas have already shown promising graphite mineralization, with visual estimates of graphite concentration ranging from trace to 20%.

To further advance the exploration efforts, field geologists, prospectors, and technicians will be returning to the Tetepisca property in mid-July to resume prospecting at selected target areas. The company plans to complete a 20 to 30 tonne bulk sample at two locations, pending the reception of the required permit from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests.

In addition to the exploration update, E-Power Resources is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr. William Pfaffenberger to its Board of Directors. Dr. Pfaffenberger brings over 40 years of active involvement in the mining industry, both in management and on boards of directors. His extensive experience includes serving as CFO of Teuton Resources and CEO of Volt Carbon Technologies. Dr. Pfaffenberger is also the President of Fundamental Resources Corp, a private mineral exploration company with properties in British Columbia. With his wealth of knowledge and expertise, Dr. Pfaffenberger will be a valuable asset to the E-Power team.

The company also acknowledges the resignation of Thomas Langley from the Board of Directors due to his increased career commitments. However, Mr. Langley will continue to contribute to the company as the first member of the newly formed Advisory Board. Further appointments to the Advisory Board will be announced in due course.

E-Power Resources Inc. is an exploration stage company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of graphite properties in Quebec. Its flagship asset, the Tetepisca Graphite Property, is located in the Tetepisca Graphite District of the North Shore Region of Québec, approximately 215 kilometers from the Port of Baie-Comeau.
