Couple has rented this updated two-family Baldwinsville home for over 40 years

BALDWINSVILLE, N.Y. – Joe Coco says he is not the type of person to just “sit around.”

Especially when it comes to home improvement.

“I like to do this,” he said.

Coco calls himself very “handy” and when he does not know something regarding woodworking, plumbing, or electrical work, “I can learn real quick.”

His wife Mary came from a big family, and whenever Joe needs help, he can call on a “nice back up crew.”

“We are pretty lucky. Everyone has different talents,” she adds. “And we enjoy being together.”

The quality of the work can be seen at the couple’s two-family house at 29 Canton Street in Baldwinsville.

He and Mary purchased the house, built in 1900, shortly after they got married in 1974.
