LIVERPOOL, N.Y. – For Paul and Sarah Alberici, the four-bedroom house at 4946 Harvest Lane in Liverpool is the “culmination of the American Dream.”
Paul’s father, Emidio, who passed away last September, emigrated to the United States from Italy in his twenties, following his brothers. They settled in Syracuse and started Alberici Brothers Construction.
According to his obituary, “the three brothers built many houses and apartments in the Syracuse suburbs.”
After “building beautiful places for strangers,” Paul said his father wanted to build his own dream home in 1997.
Joined by his sons, Paul and Stacey, who have carried on the family’s home construction legacy at Bella Casa Builders by Alberici, the finished home shows Emidio’s “attention to detail.”
