Services for Arthur Theodore Bennett, 84, are pending at this time.
Art died Saturday, May 18, 2024 at his home near Douglas, Wyoming with his loving family at his bedside.
He had several illnesses due to his dedicated work in mining.
Art was born Monday, April 29, 1940 in Fort Assiniboine, Alberta, Canada the son of Theodore Roosevelt and Marie Grace (Nyland) Bennett. He worked as shovel operator at the coal and uranium mines.
He was married to Shirley Anne Baxter on August 26, 1966 in Casper, Wyoming.
Art is survived by his wife, Shirley, of 65 years; two children, Corinne Conn and Jerry Bennett; and many grandchildren and great grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Deborah Marie “Debbie” Rawhouser, on December 18, 2021.
