Radisson Mining Resources Appoints Industry Veterans to Board of Directors

Radisson Mining Resources Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Peter MacPhail as a member of Radisson’s Board of Directors and M. Pierre Beaudoin as Chairperson, effective immediately. These appointments bring a wealth of experience to the company’s leadership team.

Mr. Peter MacPhail joins Radisson’s Board with over 35 years of operational mining experience in Canada, Mexico, and Australia. He has held executive positions at prominent mining companies, including Chief Operating Officer of Alamos Gold Inc., AuRico Gold Inc., and Northgate Minerals Inc. During his tenure, Mr. MacPhail oversaw the construction of several mines, including the Young Davidson mine, Island Gold mine expansions, and La Yaqui Grande mine in Mexico. His extensive expertise will contribute to Radisson’s exploration efforts at the O’Brien Project and future mining prospects.

M. Pierre Beaudoin, a seasoned mining executive with more than 30 years of international experience, has been a member of Radisson’s Board of Directors since 2021. He served as Chief Operating Officer of SilverCrest Metals Inc., overseeing the construction and development of the Las Chipas mine in Sonora, Mexico. Mr. Beaudoin also led the design, construction, development, and operations of the Detour Lake Gold mine. His valuable insights and knowledge will further strengthen Radisson’s strategic initiatives.

The addition of Mr. MacPhail and M. Beaudoin completes a seven-person Board of Directors at Radisson, bringing a strong technical focus and multiple decades of experience in the successful exploration and development of Canadian precious metals projects. The board includes Lise Chenard, Michael Gentile, Cindy Valence, Jeff Swinoga, and Matt Manson, who serves as the President and CEO of Radisson Mining Resources Inc.

In conjunction with these appointments, Radisson Mining Resources Inc. also announced the grant of 600,000 stock options. Each option grants the holder the right to purchase one class A share at a price of $0.18 until July 17, 2029.
