Premier Bank Announces Promotions Rejina Gobel Tim Thompson Tami Willey Kristine Arkfeld Lisa Nelson Rejina Gobel has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Rejina has been with Premier Bank since 2014 previously serving as Senior Vice President, Director of Loan Operations. Since her hire, she has been an integral member of the Premier Bank Management team. Rejina has 23 years of banking experience in a variety of operational and managerial roles. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from Peru State College. Tim Thompson has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Director of IT & Deposit Operations and is a member of the Premier Bank Management team. Tim recently celebrated his 1-year anniversary with Premier and in that time has tackled a variety of projects and has made great enhancements in our IT technology at Premier Bank. Tami Willey has been promoted to Vice President, Director of Human Resources. Tami has been with Premier Bank since 2020 and has 10 years in the HR field. Tami has held various leadership roles prior to entering the HR industry and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analysis & Management from Bellevue University. Kristine Arkfeld has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. Kristine is Premier Bank’s Compliance & BSA Officer and has been with Premier since April 2020. Kristine has 14 years of banking experience with 9 years of that being compliance focused. She holds a degree in Accounting from University of Omaha with a Masters of Science, Justice Administration and Crime Management from Bellevue University. Lisa Nelson has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. Lisa is currently Branch Manager at the 43rd & Dodge Street location. Lisa has been with Premier Bank since its inception, previously serving as Branch Manager for the past year. She has 25 years of experience in the banking industry.
