Tulsa PR firm wins best workplaces award
Resolute PR has been named to Inc.’s annual Best Workplaces list. The list is the result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company cultures, whether operating in a physical or a virtual facility.
“Since its inception in 2014, Resolute has fostered a people-first workplace culture that allows employees to consistently bring their best to the table. By offering a hybrid work schedule and exceptional benefits, such as unlimited paid time off, generous retirement contributions and flexible schedules, employees have the space and resources to thrive while delivering the highest quality service and strategies to clients each day,” the company said in a news release.
After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 543 honorees this year. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, that included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were audited to determine overall score and ranking.
“This recognition is a tremendous honor and truly reflects our team’s hard work and dedication to fostering a positive, balanced workplace where everyone can be their best selves,” said Nicole Morgan, founder and CEO. “I’m so proud of the strides Resolute has made in the past decade, and I’m excited to continue cultivating a workplace that inspires boldness, passion and creativity for our clients.”
In 2023, Resolute conducted a workforce study of over 500 participants to determine what employees really want when searching for their next career move. Topping the list were benefits such as “no questions asked PTO,” opportunities to work from home, and flexible schedules to take care of family members — all benefits Resolute offers employees to ensure a high-quality work environment and work-life balance.
