Seattle-based fashion retailer Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) is set to expand its presence in Florida with the opening of a new Nordstrom Rack location in Coral Springs. The store is scheduled to open in fall 2025 and will offer customers a wide range of great brands at great prices.
Gemma Lionello, President of Nordstrom Rack, expressed excitement about becoming a part of the Coral Springs community and introducing new customers to the Nordstrom experience. The 31,000-square-foot store will be conveniently located in Pine Ridge Square, a popular shopping center that already houses The Fresh Market and Ulta.
Nordstrom Rack, the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, Inc., plays a vital role in the company’s Closer to You strategy, which aims to provide customers with a more convenient and interconnected shopping experience across both physical stores and digital platforms. The store will offer customers up to 70 percent off on-trend apparel, accessories, beauty products, home decor, and shoes from top brands.
In addition to the Coral Springs location, Nordstrom will also be opening another Nordstrom Rack store in Fort Myers this fall. These new stores will expand the company’s physical footprint in Florida, where it already operates six Nordstrom stores and 18 Nordstrom Rack stores, generating approximately 3,000 jobs statewide.
Nordstrom is committed to investing in the communities where it operates. Over the past four years, the company has donated more than $2 million in support of its long-term partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the United States, focusing on mentorship programs and initiatives.
