February 21 (SeeNews) – The Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) saw positive closure on Wednesday, with lender Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) [LJE:NLBR] leading gains among blue-chip stocks, LJSE data showed.
NLB closed at 102.0 euro, marking a 3.03% increase. NLB also recorded the highest trading turnover of 740,618 euro on the exchange.
Meanwhile, chemicals group Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] was the only loser among the blue chips, experiencing a 12.92% decrease to 20.90 euro.
The blue-chip SBITOP index concluded 0.56% higher at 1,376.79 points, and the dividend-tracked SBITOP TR index grew 1.02% to 1,814.31 points on Wednesday.
Total daily regulated market turnover decreased to 1.5 million euro ($1.6 million) on Wednesday from the previous day’s 1.9 million euro.
