Clarksville Gas and Water Department closes section of South Twelfth Street for

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has closed a section of South Twelfth Street from Madison Street to Maple Hill for fire hydrant installation.

Motorists will be detoured to Madison Street and Maple Hill to avoid the work zone.

The fire hydrant installation is anticipated to be finished, and the road reopened by approximately 3:30pm.
