Top crypto token Bitcoin (BTC) is up by 0.14% today compared to yesterday, which might not seem like much, but only an hour ago, the coin was down by 0.09% from the previous day.
There is a bullish trend happening, and cryptocurrency investors need to know about it. Bitcoin as a topic is trending right now, with interest growing mentions by US presidential candidates. It is also being mentioned on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, and it is being offered on crypto exchange platforms in Hawaii now for the first time in years.
It is fair to say that Bitcoin and the wider crypto market is having a resurgence. We did see a minor market crash on Tuesday that sent Bitcoin from $61,849 hurtling down to $57,974, but the market has managed to recover from much of that. That dip caused a 4.2% decrease in crypto market capitalization across the board, which resulted in a loss of $2.21 trillion. Many investors saw that as a prime opportunity to invest, while prices were low, and they did.
After many investors bought the dip, the market started to boom again, and we are now seeing growth from nearly every major crypto coin. Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Dogecoin (DOGE), and many more are up right now, even though they were down just an hour ago. The bull trend has begun, and there is no telling how long it will last.
Is It Too Late to Buy In?
Since we are now seeing the beginnings of this upward swing, there is potential for Bitcoin’s price and the price of other crypto tokens to climb much higher. We may simply be seeing a price correction, which would mean the upswing will stop soon. Or it could be a reaction to the upcoming jobless report and the incoming interest rate cuts, among other positive economic factors.
If it is the latter causing the uptick, then we will see a longer tail on this bullish trend. Investors still have the opportunity to catch some of these gains before they stop, and if the factors at play are economic, then there is a lot of upward growth still to come.
