AURORA, Colo. — A Washington, D.C.-based real estate investment trust has purchased a building that currently houses a multinational aerospace and defense company in Aurora.

Easterly Government Properties, Inc., purchased the facility, at 17455 E. Exposition Drive, for $27.3 million, according to a special warranty deed filed in Arapahoe County.
