Iveco Group Completes Common Share Buyback Program, Advancing Sustainable Society

Turin, 6th August 2024 – Iveco Group N.V. (EXM: IVG) has successfully completed the initial tranche of its common share buyback program, demonstrating its commitment to advancing a more sustainable society.

Under the program, which was announced on 21st June 2024, the company carried out a series of daily transactions from 29th July 2024 to 2nd August 2024. The total number of purchased common shares amounted to 635,000, with an average net price of 9.20 euros, resulting in a total net consideration of 35,847,881.88 euros.
