Bonterra Resources Discovers High-Grade Mineralization at Moss Target

Bonterra Resources Inc. is excited to announce the discovery of high-grade Lynx-type mineralization at the Moss target, located within the Phoenix JV project. The project is being developed under a definitive earn-in and joint venture agreement with Osisko Mining Inc.

Under the agreement, Osisko Mining has the opportunity to acquire up to a 70% interest in the project by investing $30 million in work expenditures over a three-year period. To date, approximately 60,000 meters have been drilled on the project, with 37,000 meters focused solely on the Moss Target.

The recent drill results have confirmed the presence of mineralization similar to the high-grade Lynx Zone at depth. Notably, the mineralization remains open and will be the subject of future exploration work within the framework of the agreement.

The Moss Target has shown promising results, including intersections such as 38.33 g/t Au over 1.1 m and 7.37 g/t Au over 4.2 m. These results highlight the potential for significant gold mineralization in the area.

Marc-André Pelletier, President and CEO of Bonterra Resources, expressed his satisfaction with the discovery, stating, ‘We are very pleased to report the discovery of high-grade Lynx-type mineralization at depth at the Moss target. The presence of visible gold and intense alteration in the rock indicates wider mineralization, which is an exciting prospect for future exploration.’

In addition to the Phoenix JV project, Bonterra Resources is progressing well with its Desmaraisville project. The company’s geology team is actively working to generate prospective drill targets for exploration. A 6,000-meter drill program is planned to commence in September, focusing on the most promising targets.

Bonterra Resources is a Canadian gold exploration company with a portfolio of advanced exploration assets. The company’s assets include the Gladiator, Barry, Moroy, and Bachelor gold deposits, which collectively hold significant gold resources. The recent discovery at the Moss target further strengthens Bonterra Resources’ position in the industry.
