The Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors also confirmed that it is the highest residential sale recorded since their organization started tracking data in the MLS.
The previous record was $20 million for a property on the Penzance Point peninsula in Woods Hole, the association said.
The property at 835 Sea View Ave. came on the market at the beginning of 2022 and the sale was recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on Tuesday, Grover said.
Situated on 3.66 acres overlooking Nantucket Sound, the estate includes an outdoor swimming pool and 280 feet of sandy shoreline.
