2,840 PG&E customers lose power in Davis

About 2,840 Pacific Gas and Electric Co. customers in Davis were without power Tuesday night, according to the utility. The outage was described as unplanned on PG&E’s outage map. PG&E spokesperson J.D. Guidi said the outage started at 7:23 p.m. and originally involved 3,329 customers. The cause is still under investigation and there is no estimated time yet for restoration.This story is developing. DAVIS, Calif. —
About 2,840 Pacific Gas and Electric Co. customers in Davis were without power Tuesday night, according to the utility.
The outage was described as unplanned on PG&E’s outage map.
PG&E spokesperson J.D. Guidi said the outage started at 7:23 p.m. and originally involved 3,329 customers.
The cause is still under investigation and there is no estimated time yet for restoration.
